1. Scope and Age Restriction

These terms apply to all bookings and purchases made through the websites and funnels operated by The Reliable Cleaning Company ("the Company", "we", "us"). A client is any individual or organisation who places a booking or order with the Company, whether via our secure online payment platform or by other agreed means.

Clients must be 18 years or older to enter into a contract with the Company. Entrants to any prize draw or competition run by the Company must also be 18 or over. Any booking, order, or entry found to have been made by someone under 18 will be cancelled, with any payment refunded in full.

2. Booking, Price and Payment

Any booking or order placed with the Company — for a cleaning service, a competition entry, or any other product sold via our site — implies full acceptance of these terms. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The Company is not currently registered for VAT. Prices may change, but the price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies to that booking.

Payment is due at the time of booking via our secure payment provider, Stripe. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never seen or stored by the Company.

3. Provision of Services

  • Cleaning visits are carried out at the property address provided when booking
  • You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access at the agreed time
  • Cancellations or moves require at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a charge
  • A clean missed due to our error will be re-cleaned at no extra charge, or a fair remedy offered

4. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you book online or by phone, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. Because cleaning is a service often booked to start soon after purchase, by asking us to carry out a clean within that 14-day period, you agree that this cancellation right ends once that service has been completed. For services not yet carried out, you may still cancel within the 14-day window for a full refund.

5. Protection of Personal Data

The Company complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. The Company is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); registration was submitted on 31 July 2026 and the reference number will be added here once issued.

By providing your email address, you may receive marketing emails from the Company, only if you opted in at the point of booking or entry. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
